FAQ's

  1. Social Profiles vs. Social Groups

    1. A social profile refers to any individual social media account. A social group refers to a group of different social media accounts. Social groups help you to keep each brand’s socials together in one place. Our new plans allow you to link a certain number of social profiles and have an unlimited number of social groups.

  2. Teams

    1. In order to invite team members to your workspace, a Pro or Agency plan is required.

On an old plan?

You may notice that your current plan is no longer listed or looks a little different.

So, what’s changed?

The Growth plan has been retired.

In an effort to create plans better tailored to our user’s needs, we’ve decided to say farewell to the growth plan.

The Solo plan has different limitations.

Instead of being able to track and schedule 10 posts per month, the new Solo plan allows for 30. To see a full breakdown of what the new Solo plan includes, check out our pricing page here!

You can switch to one of our current plans by heading to Flick→ ‘Billing’→ ‘Modify Subscription’.

Alternatively, you can reach out to support where one of our customer advocates can help make the switch.
