Do you want to change your Flick subscription plan? It's easy to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan on the billing page. Note that you can only access billing settings from a desktop, not a mobile device. If you need help with billing on mobile, please contact a member of our support team.

Just follow these steps to make the changes you want.

Access Billing

Flick users can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their plans quickly on the billing page. You can access the billing page from Settings > Billing.

Modify Subscription

To start making changes, click on "Modify subscription." From here, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription by selecting the plan and add-ons you want.

Confirm Changes

Once you have made your desired changes, simply click "Confirm Changes" to apply them. If you upgrade your subscription, you may need to refresh your page to access the new features.

Any upgrades will be charged a pro-rated amount. Downgrading also works on a pro-rated basis, with credits being applied to your next invoice when you downgrade to a cheaper plan after paying for a full month on a higher one.

If you have any questions, you can reach out to one of our team members through the in-app support chat or at support@flick.tech.
